Bart Bierman publishes opinion article on European Banking Union

Finnius partner Bart Bierman published an opinion article on the European Banking Union in Dutch daily financial newspaper het Financieele Dagblad (the Financial Journal) on 5 November 2015. He takes stock of one year ECB supervision on banks. Conclusion: a lot remains unclear. The ECB and DNB should communicate better on which authority does what and on which grounds.
