Finnius has, in cooperation with Rutgers & Posch, advised Euronext in the appeal proceedings against the Dutch Minister of Finance. By verdict of 17 December 2015, the Rotterdam District Court has ruled in favour of Euronext by revoking the renewed licenses of Euronext and Euronext Amsterdam, including the capital requirements contained therein. The combined team in this matter consists of Andries Doets and Pien Kerckhaert (Finnius) and Robert ten Have en Henriette van Overklift (Rutgers en Posch).
