Act on the Remuneration Policy of Financial Undertakings entered into force

The Act on the Remuneration Policy of Financial Undertakings entered into force as of February 7<sup>th</sup>. This Act entails, amongst others, the introduction of a maximum bonus cap of 20%. However, for employees that still have bonus rights that were awarded to them before January 2015, the bonus cap will not take effect in 2015.
