Consultation Remuneration Policy Financial Institutions Act

On 26 November 2013 the Minister of Finance has started an internet consultation about the proposal of a Remuneration Policy Financial Institutions Act. The aim is that the Act enters into force as from 1 January 2015. Important is the introduction of a legal bonus ceiling of 20 per cent of the fixed remuneration for all employees in the Dutch financial sector. The consultation will run until 31 December 2013.
