Legislative proposal Implementation Act Transparancy Directive

On 18 June 2015 the Dutch minister of Finance introduced the legislative proposal Implementation Act Transparancy Directive to the House of Representatives (link, in Dutch). The proposal implements the revised Transparency Directive (no. 2013/50/EU). The Advisory Division of the Council of State did not have any substantive comments. It is intended to discuss the legislative proposal in the House of Representatives before autumn recess.
