New professional standards as from 1 January 2014

As from 1 January 2014 new professional standards apply to financial services providers. All employees engaged in providing financial services to customers should be professional. Advisors will be required to have a certificate of professional competence. For other employees the necessary professional competence should be realized through the business operations.
