Finnius welcomes Marieke Spee

Per September Marieke Spee has joined the Finnius team.

Marieke is a lawyer (senior associate) and specialises in financial supervisory law. With a broad background in a transaction and advisory practice in the field of banking and investment funds, Marieke enjoys advising on the AIFMD, EuVECA and MiFID. Marieke also focuses on related issues regarding AML/CFT and sustainability. In addition, Marieke is interested in subjects on the cutting edge of financial law on the one hand, and administrative law and privacy legislation on the other.
