Noa Claver

Noa works as a paralegal in the financial regulatory practice of Finnius. She is editor for the Finnius Outlook 2027, the annual publication in which Finnius outlines the most important developments in financial regulatory law for the upcoming year. Noa coordinates the editorial process and manages the timeline.

In addition, Noa assists with ongoing matters across the full spectrum of financial regulatory law, in both the advisory practice and litigation practice. Her responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing documents, and contributing to legal opinions.

Before joining Finnius, Noa worked at Hart advocaten, a law firm specialised exclusively in financial law. Starting in 2022, she supported the lawyers in their advisory and litigation practice as a paralegal. In total, Noa has over four years of work experience as a paralegal in the field of financial law.

Noa completed the master’s degree in Private Law Practice (Privaatrechtelijke Rechtspraktijk) at the University of Amsterdam in 2026.
