Finnius congratulates Riverdam

Finnius assisted Riverdam Management B.V. in obtaining a EuVECA label for its fund Hooverdam Fonds Coöperatief U.A., as referred to in the European Venture Capital Regulation. This means that Riverdam meets the requirements of the EuVECA Regulation and that the fund qualifies as a European venture capital fund. After obtaining this EuVECA label from the AFM, Riverdam may offer its fund with the designation ‘EuVECA’, and the fund may be offered in certain Member States outside the Netherlands. Finnius congratulates the Riverdam team on this step and wishes them a prosperous future.
