Daniëlle provides various market participants with advice on various topics and issues within financial supervisory law. With a special interest in the Payment & Fintech sector, Daniëlle has expertise in relevant regulations such as MiCAR, PSD2, EMD2 and AMLD. She advises both financial and non-financial companies on understanding the scope and impact of the provisions arising from these regulations.
Daniëlle has a broad interest in financial supervisory law and she remains passionately informed about the rapidly changing playing field, enabling her to advise her clients effectively and efficiently.
Daniëlle graduated from Tilburg University in 2020 with a major in corporate law.
