Finnius congratulates happyCOINS with MiCAR-license

We congratulate our client happyCOINS (Digital Currency Services B.V.) (DCS) on obtaining an AFM license to provide crypto-asset services under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR). Finnius assisted DCS throughout the entire process. DCS is one of the longest-standing crypto brokers operating in the Netherlands. Over the past period, the company has been quietly working on transforming its business model. In addition to brokerage services, DCS aims to help new customer groups—such as merchants—integrate the power of crypto transactions into their own processes.
