Finnius congratulates CosmoLin with EMI licence

Cosmolin B.V. (CosmoLin) has obtained a licence from the Dutch Central Bank as an electronic money institution (EMI) in accordance with the Electronic Money Directive (EMD2) and the Payment Services Directive (PSD2).

 CosmoLin is related to YeePay, headquartered in China (Beijing). Under its EMI licence CosmoLin can enter the EU market and provide services comprising the issuance of electronic money, payment account services and the execution of payment transactions. CosmoLin will operate under the YeePay brand and offer an innovative payment solution for its customer base, focusing on cross border payment transactions either within or outside the EU. CosmoLin’s sister company CosmoLin UK is operating in the UK and was authorized by the FCA as an EMI in September 2026.
