Finnius congratulates Quadrum

Finnius congratulates its client Quadrum Beheer on receiving a EuVECA label from the AFM for its new investment fund: Quadrum Investment Fund III.

A EuVECA label is issued under the Venture Capital Regulation. Based on this regulation, private equity fund managers who mainly invest in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can apply for a EuVECA label for the fund from the AFM, provided they meet certain conditions and ongoing obligations. With this label, they can offer units in the fund in all Member States of the European Union.
